遙控抓斗工作原理概述
當(dāng)抓斗打開(kāi)時(shí),滑移座與上承梁接觸而與下承梁是完全分開(kāi)的。此時(shí)電磁換向閥關(guān)閉,由于油缸的活塞桿與滑移座固接,缸筒與下承梁固接,所以此時(shí)油缸活塞桿完全伸出。當(dāng)要抓取貨物時(shí),起重機(jī)吊索下降,由于油缸活塞可單向?qū)ǎ杂透谆钊麠U能夠收縮,滑移座隨之下降。當(dāng)油缸活塞桿完全收縮后,滑移座也完全落下。然后起重機(jī)吊索上升,滑移座隨之上升,由于油缸的電磁閥處于常關(guān)閉狀態(tài),此時(shí),油缸有桿腔被鎖住,在滑輪組的作用下,滑移座上升帶動(dòng)下承梁漸漸向上,同時(shí)帶動(dòng)顎瓣閉合,并抓取物料。
